Our Story

Bloss Bakery was born from a lifelong love of baking that began in my grandmother’s kitchen, where every visit brought a new culinary adventure. From decorating sponge cakes to experimenting with classic family recipes, these early experiences shaped my approach to flavour, balance, and design.

As I grew, baking evolved from a passion to a craft — each creation became an opportunity to celebrate people and moments that matter. Bloss Bakery is named in honour of our beloved dog, Blossom, a symbol of strength, love, and friendship that inspires everything we do.

What started as a small idea has blossomed into a boutique cake studio known for vintage heart cakes, bento cakes, and thoughtfully crafted sweet treats. From classic chocolate and vanilla cakes to fudgy brownies and NYC-style cookies, every bake is handcrafted with precision, using quality ingredients and intentional design.

We don’t rely on gimmicks or over-the-top combinations — just timeless flavours, refined designs, and consistently exceptional cakes.
