Our Story

Bloss Bakery was born from a lifelong love of baking that began in the heart of my childhood—my grandma’s kitchen. From flipping pancakes to decorating sponge cakes. One of my sweetest memories is how Grandma would always hand me the spatula to lick once we’d finished baking. Every visit to Grandma’s house came with a new baking adventure and as I grew older, I’d bring my own recipes to try. My passion was also shaped by baking caramel slice with my aunty and peppermint slice and banana bread with my mum—each sweet memory layering into the foundation of what would one day become my business.

As I got older, baking became my love language. Whether it was a birthday, Christmas, or just because, I’d be in the kitchen creating something special for the people I care about.

Bloss Bakery is named in honour of my best girl, Blossom—our beloved dog and a symbol of strength, love, and friendship.

What started as a small idea quickly blossomed into something beautiful. Today, we’re known for our vintage heart cakes, bento cakes, and delicious sweet treats. From classic chocolate and vanilla cakes to fudgy brownies and NYC-style cookies, we believe in perfecting timeless flavours. No gimmicks, no over-the-top combos—just beautifully balanced bakes made with heart, soul, and a whole lot of love.
